Why is my matrix query showing no content?
Check your casebook if source and reference columns indicate zero. If this is the case, it means your documents, cases and attributes are not linked correctly.
1. Delete the case book.
2. Make your existing documents cases then re-import your case book containing your attributes.
3. Now check that the casebook has non zero numbers under the reference and source columns. If yes, it means the problem is resolved.
4. Run your matrix query again.
